The Projekt-Information-Statistik Analyse (PISA) approach was developed by Uwe Blazey (see Blazey, U.; Dumke, R.R.: Information Management for Industrial eLearning Projects. In: Abran/Dumke: Innovations in Software Measurement, Shaker Verlag, Aachen, S. 321-336, ISBN 3-8322-4405-0).

To ensure a successfully management of eLearning projects, it is necessary to get current information of completed, running and future project- activities in well-structured quality. The general involvements in business e-Learning application are given in the following figure.
