As a result of two internships and a diploma thesis of students from the University of Magdeburg, Germany, in the course of a mutual research and educational cooperation between the Software Measurement Laboratory (SML@b) of Prof. Dumke (University of Magdeburg) and the Software Engineering Management Research Laboratory (SEMRL) of Prof. Abran (ÉTS in Montreal, Canada) the CAME tool Estimation 2004 has been developed. The tool was implemented by Dr. René Braungarten and helps to analyse the ISBSG data base (International Software Benchmark Standard Group).
